As an organization we have a child and vulnerable bodies’ protection policy which is implemented across all our organization, partner organizations and all programs. As part of this policy, for all local partners, volunteers and program leaders, due vetting is conducted in the form of background checks and police clearances. This is done to provide all children and vulnerable bodies under the care of Volunteer Factor the protection and safety they deserve. Along with this, we take good care in making sure that engagement with children and vulnerable bodies is done under supervision and that all parties engaging with children and vulnerable bodies, do not take advantage of them and not cause further harm.

Any suspicions and alleged abuse will be taken seriously and dealt with immediately with due care.
